You can find all of a worker’s important documentation under the Documents tab on their profile. Some documents apply to a specific jobsite, such as a site specific safety orientation, while others apply to every jobsite the worker is on, such as an OSHA card. Worker documents tab

Collectable documentation

The following worker documentation can be collected.
DocumentDescription
OSHA cardProof that the worker has completed OSHA required safety training, such as OSHA 10 or OSHA 30.
NYC Site Safety Training (SST) cardProof that the worker has completed New York City Site Safety Training required by the NYC Department of Buildings.
Government IDOfficial photo identification for the worker, such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
TWIC cardProof that the worker is authorized by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to access secure maritime facilities and vessels.
Onboarding video acknowledgementRecord that the worker watched a specific onboarding video and acknowledged that they understand its contents.
Jobsite safety document acknowledgementRecord that the worker has read and acknowledged a site specific safety document, such as a site safety plan or orientation packet.
Worker consentSigned consent from the worker for specific policies or actions, such as data use, monitoring, or background checks.
CertificatesGeneral training or qualification certificates, such as equipment certifications or safety training completions.
Medical drug testing consent formSigned consent from the worker allowing an approved provider to perform drug testing.
Medical COVID19 orientation and procedureRecord that the worker has reviewed and acknowledged the company’s COVID 19 safety orientation and procedures.
Medical breath alcohol testDocumentation of the results of a breath alcohol test performed by a medical or testing provider.
Medical urine drug testDocumentation of the results of a urine drug screening performed by a medical or testing provider.
Post employment alcohol testRecord of an alcohol test performed after an incident or employment event, such as a post incident or for cause test.
Post employment urine drug testRecord of a urine drug test performed after an incident or employment event, such as a post incident or for cause test.
SignatureA captured signature document used to show that the worker has signed a form, policy, or agreement.
LIRR Blue trainingProof that the worker completed required Long Island Rail Road Blue safety training for working near active rail.
Confined space trainingCertificate showing the worker has been trained to work safely in confined spaces according to company or regulatory requirements.
MUST Safety ReportOfficial report from the MUST Safety Program showing a worker’s current MUST status, including required safety training modules and drug and alcohol testing compliance.
OtherAny additional document type that does not fit the categories above, defined by your organization’s needs.

FAQs

Missing onboarding video acknowledgements

A worker’s Onboarding Video Acknowledgement document is created when one of the following actions occur:
  1. The worker watches at least 10 seconds of the video in self-onboarding.
  2. The worker’s supervisor acknowledges the video on their behalf within onboarding review.
If a worker is in the process of onboarding, it is possible these actions have not yet occurred on a given video, so the video acknowledgement document will not appear on their profile. Missing onboarding video acknowledgements
