How workers complete the self-onboarding steps including personal information, emergency contact, videos, and profile picture
Workers complete a series of self-onboarding steps that are tailored to each jobsite’s needs. Each onboarding can then be reviewed and approved by office team members.
The Profile step collects personal details such as address, citizenship status, and gender. Odin admins can configure worker information collection for your jobsite, including the visibility and required or optional status of each field.
The Emergency Contact step collects the worker’s emergency contact name, relationship, and phone number. Odin admins can configure the emergency contact information collection for your jobsite.
Workers see a separate onboarding step for every video you add to your onboarding process. They must finish the video before they can confirm they have watched and understand it.Odin admins can configure onboarding videos for your jobsite, including language options and whether each video is required or optional.
