Overview

Badge printer problems typically fall into three categories: hardware issues, software/design problems, or connectivity concerns.

Initial Diagnostic Questions

Before troubleshooting, determine the current state of the printer:
  1. Is the printer receiving power?
  2. Is the ethernet cable connected?
  3. Are badges printing at all?
