Odin gathers useful information to supplement incident reporting workflows for worker injuries and liability events.

Access Requirements

The following roles can create site safety reports:
  • Jobsite Admin
  • Jobsite Security Supervisor
  • Jobsite Medic
  • Jobsite Site Safety Manager

How to Create a Site Safety Report

Navigate to Documents

Click Documents at the bottom of the left navigation.

Add Site Safety Report

Click the + Add Site Safety button and enter basic incident details including date, time, and jobsite location.Add site safety report with incident details

Add Workers to Report

Click Edit, select Add Worker to Report, then search for and select the relevant workers along with their roles.Add workers to the safety report

Generate Report

Select Generate Report to open the summarized report.Generated site safety report

Report Contents

The generated report includes the following information:
  • All incident information
  • Worker profile information
  • Jobsite profile information
  • Local weather data
  • Worker access event history
  • Jobsite manpower statistics
