QR code stickers can be attached to hardhats or badges and used as a method for clocking workers in and out of a jobsite. This article outlines how to assign stickers to workers. QR code sticker badge QR code stickers are purchased by customers in numbered blocks, and each sticker number can only be used once. For example, if Customer A purchases 1000-1999, then Customer B will purchase 2000-4999, and so on.

Assign a QR code

You can assign a QR Code sticker to a worker from the Add New Badge modal found under the Badges tab on the Worker page. Enter the number found on the QR code sticker. For the access system to work correctly, this number must match the physical sticker, because the number is encoded into the QR payload. Assign QR code sticker The QR Code credential type must be enabled for your jobsite before you will see the “Assign a QR Code sticker” option when assigning a badge to a worker.
