How to Clean the Badge Reader

Remove Badge Cards

Remove all badge cards from the printer.

Extract Ribbon

Extract the ribbon and reinsert only the bottom section.

Access Toolkit Menu

Access the Toolkit menu on the printer.

Navigate to Cleaning Option

Navigate to the cleaning option within the Toolkit menu.

Insert Cleaning Card

Insert the cleaning card into the designated slot.

Remove Cleaning Card

Remove the cleaning card from the rear exit of the printer.

Reinstall Ribbon

Reinstall the ribbon fully into the printer.

Return Prox Cards

Return the prox cards to the printer.

Perform Full Reset

Perform a full reset on both the console and the printer.
