Overview

Odin allows administrators to activate or deactivate jobsite badges as needed. This is particularly useful when a worker’s badge is lost, stolen, or misplaced.

Viewing badges

Navigate to Worker Profile > Badges. Active badges appear highlighted in green. Badges tab showing active and inactive badges

Deactivating a badge

Navigate to the Badges tab

Go to the worker’s Profile > Badges tab.

Locate the badge

Find the badge you want to deactivate in the badges list.

Open the menu

Click the ”…” menu next to the badge.

Deactivate

Select Deactivate Badge.

Reactivating a badge

Go to the worker’s Profile > Badges tab.

Find the deactivated badge in the badges list.
