Workers sometimes register with the wrong contractor during onboarding or transition between contractors. This guide explains how to update a worker’s contractor assignment after they’ve completed onboarding.

How to Change a Contractor Assignment

Access the worker's profile page

Navigate to the worker’s profile in Odin.

Locate the jobsite

Select the Jobsites tab and locate the jobsite requiring the contractor change.

Open the Change Contractor option

Click the menu and select Change Contractor.Selecting Change Contractor from the menu

Choose the correct contractor

Select the correct contractor from the dropdown menu.

Select the effective date

Choose the appropriate effective date:
  • Retroactive — Applies from the start of the jobsite assignment. Use this if the worker registered with the wrong contractor.
  • Current date — Takes effect today. Use this if the worker has switched contractors. Choosing the correct contractor and effective date
