Overview

Odin automatically classifies workers as inactive after 30 days without site access and subsequently removes them from projects. Workers with sporadic site access — such as project executives — can be exempted from this rule.

Exempting a worker from automatic offboarding

Navigate to the worker's profile

Open the worker’s profile in the Odin app.

Open the edit menu

Select the Edit worker data option from the three-dot menu button.

Mark as exempt
