- Web app users — Full support for all Odin web application functionality.
- Subcontractors — Support for subcontractor-specific workflows.
Worker issues are handled through on-site web app users rather than directly through Odin support.
Priority 1 — Critical
Complete system outages that prevent all work from proceeding. Examples:- Odin platform is inaccessible
- Turnstiles are non-functional, blocking site access
Priority 2 — High
Core operations are unaffected but efficiency is reduced. Examples:- Turnstiles are working but data is not appearing in Odin
- Mobile ban/suspend features are unavailable
Priority 3 — Low
Inconvenient issues where workarounds exist. Examples:- Worker onboarding display issues
- Non-functional table filters
- Suboptimal formatting
